Good Work Social (“I”, “me”, “my”) is run by Georgia Wylie, a sole trader based in Bellingen, NSW. I care about your privacy and only collect what I need to reply to you and do good work together. This policy explains what I collect, why, and your choices.
What I collect
When you use the enquiry form or email me, I may collect:
- Your name and the name of your business or social handle
- Your email address (and phone number, if you give it)
- Anything you choose to tell me in your message
I don’t use tracking cookies or third-party advertising on this site. Basic, privacy- respecting visitor statistics may be collected to understand how the site is used.
How I use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss working together
- To prepare quotes, agreements and invoices if you become a client
- To send you work, updates and the occasional follow-up about your project
I’ll never sell your information or send you spam.
Who I share it with
Your details stay with me. The only third parties involved are the trusted services that help run my business, for example the email delivery service that sends your enquiry to my inbox, and standard hosting. They only process your information so I can provide my services, and never for their own marketing.
Some of these providers store data on secure servers outside Australia (for example, in the United States). Where that happens, I take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and handled in line with this policy.
How I keep it safe
Information is kept securely and only for as long as I need it for our work together or to meet my legal and tax obligations. The site is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection.
Your rights
You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, at any time. Just email me and I’ll sort it out.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time as my business or the law changes. The latest version will always live on this page, with the date it was last updated shown above.
